Through good fiscal planning and appropriate staffing, VCH makes every effort to keep its properties looking as clean, attractive, safe, and supportive. Our Property Management team works in collaboration with our Residents Services team to work together toward the common goal of resident housing stability.
Each property is managed by a member of our Property Management staff. Our in-house maintenance team is responsible for maintaining our properties including repairs and capital improvements to ensure our properties are well cared for.
