Affordable and Permanent Supportive Housing

Affordable housing and permanent supportive housing

Our Affordable Housing Program

VCH’s affordable housing program includes 306 units of affordable and supportive housing in 19 properties and operates an additional 28 units of short-term housing for families and transition aged youth experiencing homelessness. All of our residents receive on-site supportive services through VCH and partner agencies.

All of Venice Community Housing’s permanent supportive units are filled from the Los Angeles County Coordinated Entry System, also known as the CES system. Learn more about enrolling in CES. VCH fills affordable units vacancies from our existing waitlist. This waitlist is currently closed.
