Affordable Housing

VCH’s affordable housing program provides 195 units of affordable housing in 14 buildings in Venice and Mar Vista. Seventy-five percent (75%) of our housing is affordable to households with incomes less than 50% of the median income.

We also provide transitional housing for formerly homeless women and their children and housing plus services for individuals have experienced homeless and/or disabilities, substance abuse, and/or mental health issues.

VCH continually works to preserve and expand affordable housing in Venice and the surrounding areas.

Homeless and disabled individuals may be eligible for the Shelter Plus Care program. For more information please see Shelter Plus Care.
